I am a retired Commercial Real Estate Appraiser living on Florida's First Coast. I have traveled all over the world appraising real estate. Currently, I enjoy traveling across the United States seeing small towns and places that I was unable to visit when I was working. I am divorced and have no children. I enjoy watching Penn State football and playing blackjack at casinos .
